Introduction

 Goa being the coastal state, the structures are vulnerable to the saline attack. As a result, the structural stability of existing structures needs to be validated at frequent interval of time without causing much damage to the existing structure. Assessment and control of quality of hardened concrete, investigation of crack depth, micro cracks and progress of deterioration and thereby adopting suitable restoration techniques, is the need of the hour.

• Methods of N.D.T
• Case study on concrete structure.
• Practical / live demonstrations.
